TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES ESTÁNDAR DE VENTA

1. General Terms


1.1. These terms apply to all sales and services provided by Sip Happens Cafe, including café purchases and event bookings.

1.2. By placing an order or booking an event, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.


2. Orders and Bookings


2.1. Café Orders:

• Orders must be paid for at the time of purchase.

• Custom orders (e.g., pre-orders) require a minimum notice of 24 hours.


2.2. Event Bookings:

• Bookings must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event date.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.

• Final details, including menu and guest count, must be settled 7 days before the event.


3. Payment Terms


3.1. Payments for café orders are accepted in cash, card, or electronic transfer.

3.2. For event bookings:

• The balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the event.

• Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.


4. Cancellations and Refunds


4.1. Café Orders:

• No refunds are provided once an order is prepared.


4.2. Event Bookings:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.


5. Event Requirements


5.1. The client is responsible for ensuring access to the venue, including:

• A suitable electrical outlet with a [20-amp breaker] for equipment.

• Permission for use of customized furniture, such as tables and coolers.

• Any permits or venue-specific requirements.


5.2. Sip Happens Cafe reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.


6. Menu and Pricing


6.1. All menu items and prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

6.2. Customizations or special requests may incur additional charges.


7. Liability and Allergen Information


7.1. Sip Happens Cafe is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or venue issues.

7.2. Allergen information is available upon request. The client is responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.


8. Exclusivity for Events


8.1. Sip Happens Cafe maintains exclusive rights to provide coffee services at pre-arranged events unless otherwise agreed in writing.


9. Force Majeure


9.1. Sip Happens Cafe is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or equipment failure.


10. Governing Law


10.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
